"*AFTER 15 MINUTES LATE, WE CONSIDER A NO-SHOW*** A minimum 6 BUSINESS hours notice (10am - 7pm) must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments ONLY BY SPEAKING WITH A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE AT (361)742-3752. We hold the room and your SPECIALIST for your visit, denying others this space. By not showing for your scheduled appointment or not giving a minimum 6 BUSINESS hours notice will resut in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge (non-Refundable, reusable or Used as Credit for your Next Appointment). A credit card will be required by all guests to secure appointments; by agreeing to our booking/cancellation policy, you authorize BEAUTIFUL CHAOS ESTHETICS -&- BEAUTY SALON to charge your credit card on file per cancellation policy. Any gift certificates being used for this service will be applied to this cancellation charge BEFORE being applied to your credit card on file. Any service prepaid will be voided (including a series package). Please, be considerate of other clients' scheduled appointments and arrive on time or your appointment may be shortened, incurring the full service charge
